Role Title: Search Engine Optimization Executive

Role Summary: This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and improving their search engine optimization by using techniques including but not exclusive to: Keyword Research, Copy Optimization, Article Marketing, site structure, URL rewrites, social media, blogging and link building.
An understanding of Paid search marketing would be advantageous.
A critical element of this role is to improve rankings for the clients assigned to your portfolio, and deliver reporting on a monthly basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing clients current website and developing an optimization plans.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Plan and execute, SEO, email, SMS and display advertising campaigns on all search networks.
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.
- Reporting on success and activity to clients
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor and adjust key SEO campaigns to maximize ranking.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas;
- Proven working experience in SEO/SEM.
- Experience working with Content Management System (CMS)
- On-page and off-page SEO
- Content development and copywriting
- Creativity and content-driven thinking.
Personal Attributes
The SEO executive must also demonstrate the following personal Attributes;
- High level of integrity and self-motivation.
- Passion in blogs and blogging.
Education and Experience
- Degree/diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Experience in research (Keyword, Content and Market)
