Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end work including strategy developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing to setting direction and goals for all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels while leading a team of SEO and Social Media executives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing online traffic and lead generation strategies through SEO, SEM, social media, mobile and content marketing.
You must be a self-starter that can excel in an entrepreneurial environment and aggressively grow online presence with a focus on optimization strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, execution and optimization of digital efforts, including paid search (SEM), SEO and social media, display advertising, email marketing, SMS marketing, mobile marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Reviewing clients current website and developing an optimization plans.
- Define, create, manage and deliver engagement communications that are aligned to business objectives and brand.
- Develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns.
- Manage the creative direction and design of compelling and effective online ads and landing pages incorporating link building and key word research.
- Drive acquisition KPIs, including CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Deliver reporting and insight that accurately measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis.
- Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Evaluating and recommending various attribution options based on current business model.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge
- The Digital Marketing Manager must have proficient knowledge in the following areas;
- Social media platforms and management tools
- Web development including Ecommerce and CMS tools
- SEO copywriting including on-page and off-page SEO
- Working knowledge of email and bulk SMS marketing.
- Latest trends and best practices in online/digital marketing and website analytic tools.

- Ability to plan, formulate and implement strategies by using or adapting tactics.

- Established personal interest and active participation in social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Virtual Worlds, and Mobile Platforms.
- Demonstrate a creative approach to work.
- A passion for blogging
Education and Experience
- Degree/diploma in PR/Marketing/Advertising/Journalism/Mass Communication or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO, Digital advertising or Social Media Marketing.
- Google AdWords Certified
- Experience in research (keyword research, Content and market)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns,
- Digital media agency experience preferred.
- Registered member of relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
