Vacancy: Rider / Driver
 

The motorcycle rider and driver will be responsible for running of office errands i.e office messenger: purchasing of supplies, making deliveries, paying of bills, collecting and dropping of mails among others. 

He will ride the company motorcycle and drive the company vehicles.
 

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicles and ride the company motorcycle


• Make deliveries and collections as assigned


• Office printing management e.g. stock taking and stock keeping, maintaining the printing records and ensuring proper usage of the printing machine/materials


• Handling stock of deliveries supplied for the printer


• Maintaining the office motorbike


• Ensure the vehicles are well maintained


• Assisting with office duties


• Maintaining office cleanliness

Requirements

• Experienced motorcycle rider – at least one year


• Experienced driver with at least 2 years’ experience


• Relevant work experience


• Keen attention to detail


• Good written and spoken English, good spoken Swahili


• Basic use of computers


• Must be neat and smart


• At least KCSE or equivalent
