Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Location: Nairobi

We are a new company in Kenya dealing with health products including drinking chocolate and coffee.

We are looking for a sales manager with 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG and who is available for immediate start.

Job Description:

• Develop sales and distribution strategy


• To manage execution of sales, distribution and promotions in a designated area through direct supervision of a team of direct sales agents with a view to achieving targeted Sales Volumes


• To coach, train, monitor and evaluate his/her team so as to enable them to achieve business objectives.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG


• Currently not working and available for immediate start

Education: A Diploma in a business related course or degree from a well-recognized institution

Skills: Good communication, Good Computer skill, Good understanding of social media marketing

Salary: Kshs 20,000 plus commission
