Our Client is in the business of civil and building construction, normally one of project. 

They are looking for an experiences building and Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Taking site measurements


• Preparing payment certificates


• Preparing programme of works


• Preparing cash flow charts


• Preparing method statements


• Site supervision and piece works assignment to artisans


• Preparing materials schedules


• Preparing site materials requisitions


• Site meetings


• Preparing extensions of time


• Preparing claims


• Site accounts tracking and records


• Keeping track of Equipment needed on site their records and service data

Competencies and Qualifications Desired

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent;


• 5 years experience in a busy construction company;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook)


• Attention to detail, must be reliable with a good work ethic


• Sound knowledge of civil construction practices;


• Commitment to safe working practices


• Excellent drawing interpretation skills


• Eye for detail and quality focused;


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently


• Ability to communicate effectively on technical level;


• A lateral thinker with good problem solving skills;


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
