Our client, the largest distributor for Household and Electronics products in the region, is seeking to recruit an Installer to join their dedicated team in Nairobi
Department: Showroom
 

Reporting to: Deliveries Coordinator
 

Job location: Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver and install goods at customer’s premises


2. Forward any customer complaints to the respective managers


3. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Superior.

Key Performance Indicators

Quantitative:

1. 100% safety in delivery of customer’s goods at their premises. 0% damage to customer items


2. 100% accuracy in installations

Qualitative:

Minimum Qualifications

• Electrical and electronic certificate


• Minimum 3 years’ experience


• Good communication skills
