Job Vacancy: Direct Sales Representatives
 

BeautyClick is an online marketplace for dry human hair products sold online and through beauty professionals. 

Headquartered in Nairobi, we have the vision of being the leading provider of dry hair products across Sub-Saharan Africa.
 

An exciting career opportunity in Sales Department has arisen and we now seek to recruit aggressive, committed & results driven sales persons.
 

 

What we need: We are looking for dynamic sales people who are able to professionally interact with our high-end clientele. Expect to work in a high-paced environment.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maximize sales growth and profitability using creative selling skills and customer service in order to give an engaged experience to every customer.


• To identify and list key prospects throughout the region.


• Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets


• Implement follow up on agents with cold calls, emails and visits


• Prepare sales action plans and strategies


• Organizing and conducting local workshops for new and existing customers


• Make sales calls to new and existing agents


• Maintaining good client relationships before and after sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent


• 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing (Experience in selling human hair products is a plus)


• Proven ability to achieve sales targets


• Presentable and eloquent


• Aggressive and Results driven


• Ability to work with minimum supervision


• Extremely confident, dynamic and energetic


• Be able to work well under pressure


• Excellent planning and organizing skills
