Job Description
A Motor Dealer Company has an opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager in automotive to be based in Meru.
Required Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of ‘O’ Level Division II or KCSE ‘C’ plain.
Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Option) from a recognized institution; or a Mechanical engineering Technician III certificate.
A degree in Automobile engineering is preferred.
Technical training in service engineering.
Industrial training in Motor vehicle Mechanics up to grade 1.
Hands on experience in successful dismantling and assembling of motor vehicle engines, gearboxes and differentials.
A valid Driving Licence with a minimum of BCE Qualifications, those with advanced driving qualifications are preferred.
Computer literacy.
A certificate of good conduct.
2 years auto service technical experience or 2 years experience as a general manager in the same field.

Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated customer service skills
Good mechanical reasoning, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
