Partner Support Representative (PSR)

Location: Nairobi and Mombasa

Our client, a global mobility and logistics technology platform whose flagship service allows users to request quality, on demand rides with a touch of their smartphone are looking to recruit Partner Support Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering telephone support requests


• Various support tasks


• Walk customers through our app and how to use all the tools to use our app in the most efficient way possible


• Upload and approve documentation


• Stay on top of processes and tools


• Work with the Operations team to streamline procedure


• Help maintain organization of the Partner Support Center

Key Skills and competences

• A passion for Customer Service and experience in the same


• An effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers


• Personable, highly organized, and a patient teacher


• Passion for helping and empowering others


• Ability to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems


• Must be tech savvy


• Self-motivated and a great team player
