Job Vacancy: Retail Space Acquisition Officer
Bradley limited is in the process of increasing its retail presence across the country.
To achieve this, we are looking for a qualified person with ability to identify commercially viable retail outlets for lease by company across selected towns in Kenya.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a commercial real estate environment
- Basic familiarity with real estate processes, terminology and practices
- Experience in space identification, acquisition and negotiations
- Good negotiations and networking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 3 years in as similar field
Education
- Business related degree/diploma
- Postgraduate qualification in real estate management will be an added advantage
