Research Solutions Africa is a leading independent market and social research organization, headquartered in Nairobi.
The company conducts primary research in 20 countries across the continent for demanding clients from all over the world.
We specialize in social research, such as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of development projects and FMCG / retail projects.
Our clients are International Organizations, global consultancy companies and individual businesses. They value our critical mind-set, transparency and flexibility.
To sustain the growth of our business, we have opened the following position for applications:
Growth Manager – Competitive based salary with a strong performance element
The Growth Manager will be an addition to our top management team.
He/she will be responsible for the key growth drivers: innovative R&D, continuous capacity building and marketing.
The position reports to the Managing Director and is instrumental for the future growth of the company.
Our ideal candidate has a strong track record in managerial positions in the market research industry, is hands-on and creative.
The candidate has been exposed to social and retail research and fits the culture of mutual respect at Research Solutions Africa. His/her integrity is beyond doubt.
The candidate has a vision of the research industry in the next 5 years and is able to translate that vision into the action of a team.
Minimum requirements are:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a managerial role in the research industry with team and budget responsibilities.
- A documented track record of developing and introducing innovative research products.
- A documented track record of growing teams in a collaborative way.
