Position: Quality Controller

Our

These tasks include, but are not limited to helping
with the set-up, monitoring and adjusting of mill processing equipment.
Physical Demands and Requirements:
You
will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including hair
hats, gloves, safety shoes, and respiratory protection and ear
protection as appropriate.
This job requires the ability to read and
comprehend written and oral operational and safety instructions and
related rules, policies and memos, and to communicate clearly with your
co-workers and supervisors.
It is important to have vision that permits
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and
the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that
subordinate teams adhere to current standards - Supervise, maintain and
oversee material and products test records - Coordinate and head the
in-house HACCP team
Qualification:
- A degree or higher national
diploma (HND) in relevant field with preference for qualifications and
experience in food science/technology, process engineering, production
engineering and management. - Experience and good understanding of ISO
22000 FSMS, HACCP, GMP, US EAS 768:2012, US 28 EAS 39:2002, EAS 39:2001
and all other relevant standards as applicable in the processing and
packaging of fortified maize flour. - The suitable candidate should also
have good managerial and reporting skills
