Duties and Responsibilities
- Secretary to the County Executive Committee
- Head of County Public Service
- Implement policies resolved by County Executive Committee
- Undertake other functions as per direction of the County Executive Committee.
Requirements for appointment
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Be a university graduate with at least 10 years in administration and management
- Satisfy the requirements of chapter 6 of the constitution of Kenya 2010

together with their detailed CVs. - Clearance
documents for purposes of complying with the provisions of Chapter Six
of the Constitution will be required from those shortlisted. - Hand delivered applications can be submitted to the Secretariat, Public Service Board, next to the County Assembly.
