The County Assemblies Forum (CAF) is the coordinating body of the 47 County Assemblies of the Republic of Kenya. It seeks to institutionalize law-making and oversight capacity for the county assemblies in Kenya and form linkages with other arms of Government. MISSION To provide effective leadership and coordination of the 47 County Assemblies and through policy and legislative action, promote a conducive working environment for all its members, and that way deliver quality service to the people VISION MANDATE The County Assemblies Forum (CAF) envisions County Assemblies that are responsive to Public Participation and support effective service delivery by County Governments. OUR GOALS To produce vibrant County Assemblies, that are responsive to public participation and that support effective service delivery by county governments.
