Minimum Requirements

• Should be a Bachelors degree holder;


• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills;


• Should be a person of integrity; morally upright and mature;


• Should be able to work under minimum supervision;


• Should have excellent team leadership skills;


• He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a
  multicultural environment.
  
  
  


• Masters degree is an added advantage;


• Must have undergone secretarial training;


• Well versed in administrative and secretarial duties;


• worked for at least two years at University level;


• Proficiency in computer packages and ICT literacy;


• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills;


• Should posess excellent written and verbal communication
  skills.


• Should be a creative and innovattive team player;
