About Job

For our new property Hyatt Regency Nairobi we are looking for a Front Office Manager who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the Front Office Department. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of guest relations, while maintaining colleague satisfaction and consistency of the services. He/She will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office and the implementation of Hyatt’s Purpose and Strategies throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• If you bring a university degree or a hotel management diploma, minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position, and an overflowing passion for people, we look very much forward to hearing from you!
