Key responsibilities

Development and management of an optimal distribution system to ensure maximum availability of FRESHCO seedsMonitoring sales trends against forecast and initiating actions to ensure achievement of the company's revenue and volume objectivesAchievement of set company market sharesEnsuing that sales force has a structured way of working and clearly defined performance standards and measuresTraining and development of sales team and trade partnersDevelopment and implementation of trade marketing activities aimed at growing of Freshco's businessHolder of a degree in either business, agriculture or agribusinessOver three years field experience in selling of Agro inputs in a reputable companyResults orientedTeam playerIf you are interested, submit your application to the address below along with a detailed CV, certificates and testimonials to reach us on or before 25th January, 2011
