Guru Nanak Nairobi Hospital Administrator Job.

We are a busy medium sized Hospital which has been in operation for over 20 years.
In order to cater for the growth in operations, in the recent past, the Hospital requires to fill the following position:

Hospital Administrator

Qualifications:
* MBA or Masters in Healthcare Management or equivalent.

Experience:
* At least 10 years working experience in the healthcare industry, 3 of which must be in Senior Management.

Required Skills:
* Must have strong analytical and communication skills, excellent leadership qualities and good communication skills.
* Ability to make decisions and delegate responsibilities.
* Ability to manage all levels of medical and administrative personnel.
* Ability to establish and work towards goals and deadlines.
* Ability to analyze and evaluate data critically.
* Ability to develop policies (in keeping with local and international law and policies) so as to maintain consistent standards of patient care and between the various departments of the organization.
* Ability to prepare and keep budgets.
* Computer literate.

Job Description
* Deal with all general administrative issues concerning the Hospital on a day to day basis.
* Enforce discipline and ensure that hospital rules and regulations are adhered to.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and ensure that the Hospital complies with all aspects of the law affecting its operations
* Ensure that there is efficiency and effectiveness in all the departments.
* Ensure that budgets are complied with and provide explanations for material variances.
