Civil Engineer Project Manager – Roads & Bridges Job Vacancy

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the group projects Technical Director; the incumbent will be responsible for all projects resource, finances and staff management as a link between the project and the group board of Director.

Day to day operations and overall administration of more than one Project to ensure that production targets are met;Overall management and administration of the various construction sitesOverseeing progress of work at all the sites and giving relevant updates to the board of directors;Mobilizing site resources in the line with program of works provided by the project Director and project co-ordinator;Establishing proper internal monitoring , control systems and procedures to improve on efficiency and productivity;Liaising with Head office to ensure company policies, procedures and systems are followed to uniformity throughout the organization;Co-ordinating with government officials in monitoring the progress of work in various projects;Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering and a diploma in project/construction mgmt From recognized institutions;A master’s degree will be an added advantage;At least 8 years experience in a senior management position;Registered Engineer Be self driven and possess excellent interpersonal communication and sound Management skills while demonstrating a passion for performance and Achievement in a competitive environment; Be computer literate and aware of current technological trends for the construction Industry;Be willing to travel across the country;Qualified candidates should send detailed C.V to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting position applied for on your Email subject line.
