Industrial Promotion Services (IPS) Senior Management Development Programme Job in Kenya

Industrial Promotion Services (IPS) activities in the East African region comprise project companies spread across several sectors including infrastructure, food and agro processing, packaging, textiles, pharmaceuticals and leather industries.

The region covers the countries in the East African Community as well as Mozambique, D R Congo and Madagascar.

We wish to recruit talented and self motivated individuals from any of the member countries of the East African Community to join the Company’s General Management Development Programme.

Successful candidates will be paced through a fast track development program with a view to being appointed to senior level management positions in the operating companies within one to two years.

Your Profile:

A graduate with a minimum of a first degree from a reputable University. Possession of an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.Minimum of 3 years management experience and/or cross functional experience in a successful commercial enterprise.Below 35years.Demonstrable strong leadership and analytical skillsKeen interest in General Management.Interested?
