Maintenance Manager
The Candidate will be overall in charge of all the Maintenance works of the Resort.
Job Requirement
To ensure smooth running of al the Maintenance requirements of the Resort.To initiate and operationalize a sound preventive Maintenance programme.To carry out corrective maintenance programme when required.To ensure timely procurement of requirements and attention to MaintenanceGood knowledge of Resort Maintenance needs-Electrical, electronics, refrigeration. Plumbing, Carpentry and masonry Works.Degree or Diploma in Maintenance related discipline.Wide knowledge and experience in this field is mandatory.Submit Applications with complete details to reach the advertiser not later than 30th November, 2010.
