Marketing Manager
Plans, directs and contributed to the marketing of the company’s products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and executing marketing plans and programs short/long range to ensure achievement of assigned objectives and provide the flexibility to move swiftly to exploit emerging market opportunitiesResearch, analyze and monitor technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities as they ariseExecute the company’s advertising and promotion activities.Develop and recommend the company’s new product pricing strategyEvaluate market reactions to company’s marketing activities to ensure timely adjustment of the marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditionsConducts market surveys on current and new product conceptsA University graduate with good progress in ACIIA minimum of 5 years in general insurance marketingSkills/Competences
He/She must have technical knowledge, good negotiation and persuasion skills. He/she must interact with customers and maintain good relations with clients.
He/she must be a self-starter, forward thinking, team oriented and results driven individual
Claims Manager
You will be responsible for handling all insurance claim matters to meet the company’s goals and objectives. Ability to give leadership to run a busy claims departmentGood verbal and written communication skillsTimely management of claims as they are reported inter-facing with all stakeholders in the claims processProvide professional advice on timely claims settlements within the guidelines set by the company.Qualifications and Experience:
A university graduate with progress in ACIIA minimum of 8 years in general insurance claims managementA proven track record of professional advice to clients claims. Ability to train and manage teams of claims staff.Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
