Meru Central Dairy General Manager, Production Manager, Internal Auditor and Sales Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

Meru Central Dairy Co-operative Union ltd, is one of Kenya’s leading milk processing co-operative union and is seeking to recruit and fill the following vacancies:

General Manager

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Organization the General Manager will be responsible for providing overall direction to the company through planning directives and co-coordinating the activities of Meru Central Dairy Co-operative Union Ltd.

Minimum qualifications

Have a Bachelor of Science degree in food science and technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
A post graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategic Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantageHave a minimum of 7 years experience at senior management level in a fairly large Organization preferably in FMCG.Production Manager

The Production Manager will provide leadership and performance efficiencies for production department aligned with the strategic business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Dairy/Food science and Technology from a recognized institutionAt least 5 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a FMCG manufacturing factory.Previous experience in dairy industry will be an added advantage.Internal Auditor

Reporting functionally to the central management committee and administratively to the General Manager, the Internal Auditor will be responsible for assisting management and the Board in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by furnishing them with reports containing analysis, recommendations, counsel and information concerning the activities/operations reviewed including risk Management systems and governance.

Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or be a Certified Public Accountant ( CPA – K ) / ACCA3 years experience, two of which must be in external or internal AuditICT Administrator

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate shall oversee the implementation of ICT policy through proactive needs analysis, systems integration and efficient user support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Post graduate qualifications in business related studies will be an added advantage.Sales Supervisor

The Sales supervisor will facilitate the Sales and Marketing department in the achievement of performance target at the regional level and to act as a link between the distributor and the head office.

The Sales supervisor will be reporting to the union Sales & marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have Bachelors Degree in Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized university and 2 years experience in a similar position.Holder of Diploma in sales and marketing with 5 years experience in a similar position will be considered.Must have at least 2 years driving experience with a valid driving licence.NB.

Those with Co-operative knowledge and experience will have an added advantage on all vacancies.
