[Full-time] Website Designer at Web Partner Group

The candidate will be working directly with clients creating innovative functional websites and e-commerce sites in a telecommuting environment. This position needs a web designer with a flair for creating “out of the box” website designs for our clients. Strong graphics skills, an eye for color and the ability to create exciting theme customizations will be a perfect fit for our organization.

•Candidate must possess a College Degree in Information Technology/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or the work experience equivalent specializing in website creation.
• Excellent English communication skills. Must be fluent in English and be able to converse via email, chat and on VOIP (voice over internet) with clients in the United States.
• Ability to follow work directions and instruction via chat, email and verbally over VOIP.
•Ability to review a potential client’s current website and based on the website content and the goal of the website and vision of the client be able to articulate a design concept to the client in a design specification document that you create.
•Must be able to troubleshoot WordPress theme problems and support clients including answering questions about how to perform a task in WordPress.
• Applicants must be self-starters and able to work independently with attention to detail.
•This position may lead to the management of junior web designers. Supervisory experience not required but a plus.
