You will assess current levels of implementation of data handling verifications and submissions for accountability in the HSNP programme, put systems in place to ensure that feedbacks are regularly shared with beneficiaries and Oxfam management. You will work with field teams to ensure that all information on households registered are correctly captured and presented accordingly. You will design and implement appropriate feedback mechanisms that are contextual, effective, accessible and safe for beneficiaries as well as ensure equal accountability to all members of community including women and marginalised group.
To be successful in this role, you will have substantial experience in successfully establishing and managing large population data and be able to deliver under pressure coupled with experience of working in a humanitarian response. You will have the ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems at field level. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent team work skills and the ability to build good relations both internally and externally. It is essential that you understand accountability pricinciples.
