Planet Action Fund Administration Officer Job in Kisumu Kenya (KShs 105K - 145K)

Planet Action Fund is looking for a qualified & motivated committed with working with the vulnerable in society to fill the position of Administration Officer based in Nyanza, Kisumu with travel to programme location and operations.

Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of projects & programme and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance for Planet Action Fund

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

determine staffing requirementshire and train new staffsupervise direct reporting staff according to overall Organization policyset employee goals and objectivesdevelop staff to maximize potentialmonitor staff performance including performance reviewsdelegate work duties to staffallocate use of available resourcesmonitor and assist staff with work progressevaluate current business processes and systemsplan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiencyestablish and maintain controlsformulate department/unit policies and practicesco-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiencyfacilitate the preparation and analysis of reportsreview performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levelsresponsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goalsorganize and manage organisation meetingsBachelor's degree or equivalentknowledge of business and management principles and practicesknowledge of strategic planningknowledge of human resource management principles and proceduresknowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practicesknowledge of office administrative proceduresproficient in relevant software applicationsAny equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved including excellent score on independent CAT test and demonstration of below competencies;
