The Client Service Executive will be responsible for the following:
Establish and cultivate relationships with company clients; Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues;Handle budgets, manage costs and invoicing clients;Produce client reports;Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;Undertake administration tasks;Arrange and attend meetings;Make 'pitches', in conjunction with other staff, to try to win new business for the company.The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree in relevant field;Understanding of market research;2 – 3 years working experience;Accuracy and attention to detail;Strong verbal and written skills;Excellent organizational skills.If you believe you qualify for this position, please send your CV and details of your current and expected remuneration to recruitment@dpckenya.comOnly qualified candidates shall be contacted
