1 Product Specialist for IXR and DXR and 1 Product Specialist for MRI, CT and NM.
Department description
Within the Philips Healthcare Sales and Services Organization, youll be working for the cluster MCR
EMEA.
We are accountable for the sales and service results of Philips Healthcare in Africa, Middle
East,Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.
Your team
The Philips Office is located in Kenya: a dynamic and challenging place to work! The Product
Specialist is a member of the East Africa team and reports to the Business Manager Imaging Systems
Africa.
Your challenge
In the role of
Product Specialist
, you can build upon an excellent reputation of Philips Healthcare in East Africa and the strong
relationships we have with our customers. The Specialist supports account managers and distributors
in the area of acquisition and consultative selling while developing and optimizing the customer
relationship to ensure long term profitability.
Yourresponsibilities
Promote imaging systems (IXR and DXR
or
MRI,CT,NM) and services in customer visits, seminars and trade shows
Execute the marketing plan for the assigned Business Lines.
Drive the business by thorough analysis, planning and execution and review in close cooperation
with the Business Manager.
Work as part of an account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans
Update stakeholders about market trends, competitors sales practices and potential projects to the
responsible Business Manager
Ensure customer satisfaction
Support new products launches
We are looking for
Relevant experience in IXR and DXR
or
MRI,CT,NM, gained within a hospital, as a service engineer or as a product specialist.
