Home Afrika Ltd (HAL) is a Kenyan real estate development company whose mission is to develop quality housing and commercial properties that cater for all segments of society.
Kikwetu Development Ltd (KDL) is a subsidiary of Home Afrika Ltd. KDLs mission is to plan and implement a large community project comprising housing, social and commercial centers on 1000 acres in Athi River, Machakos County. KDL wishes to recruit suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
 The Project Manager will report to the Home Afrika Project Co-ordinator. S/he will be responsible for effective planning, budgeting, executing, and monitoring of the project master plan. They will also co-ordinate the design and construction of small to midsize sub-projects involving multiple cross-functional groups to deliver financial success, timely implementation, quality results, and customer satisfaction.
 Over five (5) years of experience in similar position gained from reputable organizations.A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized University.Knowledge of geotechnical zoning and site and construction management.Knowledge of regulatory requirements for real estate development, consultants and construction contracts and contract law, also highly familiar with construction document preparation and administration.Demonstrated problem solving skills, high integrity and accountability.Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.The Sales and Marketing Manager will report to the GM of Home Afrika. S/he will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring and reporting on the sales and marketing strategy for KDL. The sales and marketing plan must be designed and executed to generate revenues in line with the projects financial plan.Over five (5) years of progressive relevant experience in a busy real estate firm, at least two (2) of which must be in a senior role.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent from a recognized University.CIM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.Experience of brand building and brand developmentProven record of high performance, integrity and ethical practice and,Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.The Accountant will report to the Chief Group Accountant of Home Afrika and will be responsible for managing KDLs financial plan, accounts and procurement.
