This position is for Real Financial expertise / Gurus who can run the accounts /finance department and implement system and accounting rollover from scratch
Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in useAdvice on the proper allocation of resources.Direct the organization’s financial goals, objectives, and budgets.Responsible for overseeing cash management activities; execute capital-raising strategiesResponsible for developing and managing the Accounts personnel.Overseeing accounting functions includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information, handling yearly audits, short- and long-term financial forecasting, and working as part of the Company executive management team.Responsible of verifying stock on monthly reports;Ensuring timely cash flows and banking working capital managementAuthorize vendors invoices against delivery note and physical deliveriesEnsure supplies are received as per order and agreed upon price list for the year;Keep track of all company expenses against the approved budget for the year and timelyHandling wage and salary authorization and transfer the same through bankProducing month-end accounts, along with comparisons to help forecast business earnings.Timely and accurate bank reconciliationControl of general ledger and reconciliations.Develop change management control during Implementation of inventory and accounting software rollover of the companyPrepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirementsEstablish working relationships with company's staff, business partners and clientsAnalyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and proceduresReview, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controlsAnalyze and recommend changes in internal audit controlsEnsure compliance with local audit policies and regulations ,all Tax issuesIdentify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processesMaintenance of fixed asset register2.
