Reporting To : General Manager
This position has primary responsibility for planning and implementing Marketing & business development strategies for FMCG business of a Multinational Company in KenyaManage and coordinate all business development, marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activitiesConduct market research to determine market requirements for future productsAnalysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor informationDevelop and implement business development, marketing plans and projects for new and existing productsManage the productivity of the business development & marketing plans and projectsMonitor, review and report on all marketing activity and resultsDevelop pricing strategyDeliver marketing activity within agreed budgetLiaison with media and advertisingBuild and Manage Internal and External relationshipA first Degree in Business (Marketing Option) from a recognizable UniversityA Post graduate in Sales, Marketing with excellent recordsAt least 10 years of working experience in the related field with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position in FMCG/Edible oil industry.Hands on experience on project managementDemonstrates front-line leadership skills with proven, positive results requiredHigh aptitude for comprehending country based business models and proactively designing strategies and solutions to address the corresponding opportunitiesExcellent understanding of business processes and designing marketing requirements to establish brands in the marketsCompetitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeedProactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethicInnovative, forward thinkerDynamic presentation ability and stellar communication skillsExceptional creativity and demonstrable history of idea developmentStrong communication skills with the ability to convey strategies and know how to achieve desire goals to the team

Reporting To : Electrical Engineer
