Position Title: Digital Sales Executive

We are looking for Young, Ambitious, Go Getters to join our digital sales team in Nairobi to help us sell a “One-of-its-kind in Africa” Digital Product.
General Responsibilities:
You will have a monthly goal to exceed, using methods such as cold calling, networking, exploring existing relationships, meetings with decision makers and key influencers etc. Majority of your time will be spent on the field.
You will need to have in depth knowledge about the digital space in order to educate decision makers and build rapport.
You will be responsible for showcasing presentations and convincing the client of the benefits of our Digital Product to their business.
You must be results-oriented and be able to follow up sales to closure. You must be pro-active within the sales process and collecting potential advertiser info, signed contracts etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Research and generate leads for potential clients
Make a high volume of sales calls to owners from Advocates to Yoga teachers
Use consultative sales skills to assess advertiser goals and educate owners on the power of our Digital Product.
Exceed individual activity goals and expected quotas
Collect Payments for closed sales
Profile of Success:
Sales experience: Must be a closer and must get the job done quick. Must have the drive to constantly MAKE MONEY!
Online Passion: Active user of Social Media Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and twitter.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of previous field sales experience.
Prior selling experience of a digital platform in a field based position, covering a designated territory is an definite advantage
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
You are a serious hunter and highly motivated salesperson and you are determined to consistently exceed expected quotas
Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen
Proven networking and relationship building skills
Able to work/learn in fast paced environment
Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking
Smart, enthusiastic and self-confident
