The Role
As
Stewarding support colleague
in InterContinental Nairobi, you will be reporting directly to the
Stewarding Supervisor
and working alongside a professional group of individuals and. Keep in mind that at the InterContinental Nairobi we are sure to provide you with all the right tools for you to maximize your potential and move forward with your career.
Your core responsibilities will include the following:
Uses Cleaning Supply as per Manufacturer specification to minimise cost.
Handles operating equipments as per Hotel standard to reduce breakage cost.
Complies with IHG Hygiene and Sanitation standards.
Maintains good working relations with kitchen, service and stewarding colleagues.
Provides cleaned and sanitized utensils, china, cutlery and glasses for guests.
Knows who is our guest and what are his expectations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year demonstrable experience in a similar capacity at a restaurant or hotel. Ideal candidate must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.
