M-KOPA Solar, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, is the global leader of “pay-as-you-go” energy for off grid
customers.
The company was founded in 2011 by former executives behind M-PESA (the world’s leading mobile

Role Profile
Position Title: Service Center Manager
Location: Country wide
Position Start: ASAP
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
M-KOPA Sales Job Key Accountabilities
Driving the sales in his/her territory
Hiring Direct Sales Representatives for their territory
Training Direct Sales Representatives for their territory
Supervising/Mentoring Direct Sales Representatives for their territory
Achieving and surpassing territory sales targets
Maintaining accurate stock records
Selective feedback on progress of operations
Addressing territory queries and follow ups
Supervising his/her Deputy Service Center Manager
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in direct sales
Aptitude for sales and the drive to achieve and exceed targets
Good communication skills
A strong understanding of their given territory to be based in. (Coast/Eastern/Rift Valley/Central)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
