Office Secretary
Administration Job description
Ensure provision of excellent customer service through face to face, telephone and email conversations in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain Senior Management Teams’ diaries and schedule meetings as is appropriate
Make travel and accommodation arrangements for members of staff as is necessary
Arranging transfers for staff and clients to and from the airport for international travel
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment for the company
Serve as a liaison between customer support team, management and clients to improve customer service and business productivity
Analyse client’s complaints and provide appropriate corrective action or escalate as is appropriate
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Creating and Maintaining filing system for all departments
Word processing, typing official correspondence, as well as handling telephone and email enquiries
Photocopying and printing various documents on behalf of colleagues
Supervising the work of support staff i.e. cleaners, messengers etc.
Taking minutes and distributing them to relevant members of staff
Any other duty as assigned by the management.
