Vacancy: Dealer Development & Branding Manager – East Africa

Job Purpose: Robert Bosch East Africa (RBEA) seeks to fill the position of Dealer Development and Branding Manager who will provide leadership and Dealer support to push sales, drive results and ensure general business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Key liaison officer of the company for the dealers.
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance dealer standards and ensure dealers comply with agreed standards.
- Assist with individual dealership program implementation i.e. point-of-sale strategy; channel marketing and events implementation.
- Provide support for implementing individual dealership retail/wholesale marketing activities.
- Offer individual dealership training for products, selling processes, program implementation and marketing strategies.
- Implement new product launch activities including, trainings, campaigns and coordinate logistics support of these activities.
- Assist with resolving distribution concerns, dealership support and policy issues
- Schedule, contact and document assigned dealership meetings on regular basis, assist with daily operations and provide standardized and ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Actively support of the regional communication strategy development for professional power tools
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant field.
- 5 years experience sales and marketing, dealer development and/or brand management in trade of power tools consumer durable or industrial products
- Ability to assess dealers/ staff, etc performance and continuously develop improvement plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented, self motivated, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, possess a high degree of accuracy and possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
