Managing Director – Clinic and Pharmacies
Our Client, with fast growing clinics and pharmacies across the country are seeking to recruit a CEO assume full responsibility for the strategy, operations and growth.
The successful candidate MUST be a Good Manager with an Entrepreneurial mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose strategic plans to advance the company’s objectives.
- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
- Implement mergers and acquisitions.
- Define and review key performance indicators for company objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of the budget.
- Ensuring that expenditures are commensurate with the budgeted revenues.
- Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated /agreed targets.
- Achieve targets on financial and business performance.
- Ensure quality, culture and legislative adherence.
- Oversee the recruitment process of staff.
- Must have a Master’s Degree.
- Must have experience in change management.
- Relevant experience in leading improvement programs.
- Must have experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
- At least 15 years working experience.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
- Experience in retail pharmacy, pharmacy wholesaling is mandatory.
- Experience in FMCG supply would be an added advantage.
- Must have experience in strategic planning and execution.
- International experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in cost control and commercial negotiations.
Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh. 900,000 – 1,000,000/= (Approx. 10,000 – 11,111 USD)depending on experience
