Business Development Manager – Law Firm

Our client, the leading most prestigious Law firm in Africa seeks to recruit highly experienced BDM to join their Nairobi office. 

The successful candidate MUST be a Law graduate who is not actively practicing law.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & quality norms.

Driving marketing initiatives & managing the frontline sales team to achieve goals.

Formulate and seek board directions for business development strategies.

Implement corporate and business lines strategies.

Contract market research and surveys on business and competition trends.

Develop business development strategies in line with research findings.

Qualifications:

Must have Bachelor in Law.

MBA is an added advantage.

Must have 4 – 7 years’ experience in working at a law firm / major companies.

Must have 2 years’ experience in senior management.

Must be an excellent team player.

Must have excellent communication and writing skills.

Must have good interpersonal skills.

Must be detailed oriented.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 – 300,000/= (Approx. 1,666 – 3,333 USD)depending on experience
