Male Office Assistant Job Responsibilities
Receiving and directing TYB clients, guests and phone calls to the correct staff.
Shop for office and kitchen supplies
Monitor & Manage office and kitchen supplies
Perform work related errands such as paying of statutory deductions
Mopping, cleaning and dusting of office floor and surfaces
Act as the office messenger
To update and maintain the TYB directory
Blowing of office machines once a week
Printing& photocopying
Any other duty as assigned
Qualifications for Office Assistant Jobs in Kenya
Form four leaver
Certificate of good conduct
Previous experience in a similar position
Excellent internet skills
Organizational and planning skills
Work management and prioritizing skills
Honest & Trustworthy
Hard working
High intelligence levels
