Kirinyaga University College (KyUC) was established by Legal Order No.108 ofAugust, 2011 as a constituent college of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

The University College aims at becominga world class university in training, research, technology and innovation for development. The University is strategically located next to Kirinyaga County Headquarters and is serviced by tarmac road from all directions.

The University College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons with excellent academic credentials to fill the following positions in the School of Health Sciences:

Tutorial Fellow ( Nursing Science) Grade 11 2 Positions KyUC/AC/028/06/2015

Minimum Requirements for Tutorial Fellow Jobs in Kenya

The applicants must;

Have M.Sc. Degree in Nursing in any of the following disciplines;

Midwifery, General Nursing, Community Heath Nursing, Nursing Education, Leadership & Management and
Research;

Have three (3) years post qualification work experience;

Be registered for Ph.D;

Be registered with Nursing Council of Kenya.

Terms and conditions of service

Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package

Employment will be on permanent and pensionable terms except for Adjunct and Tutorial Fellow
positions who will be engaged on contract terms.

Those with degrees from foreign universities should attach certificates of equation and recognition of
qualifications from Commission for University Education.

Mode of application

Applicants must submit six (6) copies of applications giving details of the educational and professional qualifications, age, detailed work experience, present post and salary, applicant’s telephone number and e-mail address.

Enclose certified copies of certificates and testimonials giving names and addresses of three (3) referees who are knowledgeable about the applicant’s competence and areas of specialization, accompanied by a detailed curriculum vitae and a copy of most recent letter of appointment.
