Senior Assistant Director, Corporate Support

The Senior Assistant Director, Corporate Support Services will be responsible to the Deputy Director (Administration & Finance) for the overall development, documentation, and administration and implementation Hospital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the needed transformational leadership of the division to cope with citizens expectations in line with the Constitution of Kenya.


• Provide administrative direction to the heads of department.


• Ensure provision of high standard of quality service to the internal and external client.


• Ensure prudent management of resources for the achievement of the division’s mandate and strategic objectives.


• Coordinate the preparation of budgets for the division while ensuring proper utilization of allocated funds.


• Prepare periodic reports on the operations of the Division as required by the management.

Qualifications

• Masters in Business Administration or Masters of Science in a business related field from a recognized institution.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field from a recognized institution.


• Proven experience for not less six (6) years at Management level and three (3) years at Senior Management level in a large organization.


• Demonstrated outstanding professional competence, ability and integrity as reflected in work performance and results.
