They are currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making appointments to meet new and existing customers


• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone


• Meeting sales targets


• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.


• Master sales methods & skills, serve clients in the right order


• Develop new customers


• Must be a team player and can demonstrate the ability to work with the various departments within the company to achieve the shared Vision.


• Ability to assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work product.


• One must accomplish sales targets by completing related results as needed

 Qualifications:

• Diploma or a degree in sales and marketing


• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position


• Proficiency in English and Kiswahili


• Charming personality and good interpersonal skills


• Team work, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision


• Results oriented


• Ladies between the ages of 20-35 years are encouraged to apply.


• Incumbent with a background working in a travelling agency with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a similar position will have a definite advantage.
