How to Apply
Detailed pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Finance Office located at Centenary Building 1st Floor, Westland’s, and Nairobi or Kisumu Office, Milimani directly behind Jalaram Academy from Monday to Friday (10.00 am – 4.00 pm) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000 for each set payable in cash or bankers Cheque to Catholic Medical Mission Board cash office in the same building.
Completed Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a plain envelope which should bear the words;-Prequalification of suppliers for supply of…………… (Indicate Category Number & Item Description) and delivered at the reception of Centenary house or posted to

Only vendors deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI will receive the final tender qualification document.
