Our client, professionals in Commercial, Residential, Factory and learning Institutions Cleaning and Maintenance, Pest and rodent control, Post construction services, Landscaping and gardening, Disposal of waste and Renovation services is seeking a qualified and results oriented Key Accounts Officer (Sales) to be based in Nairobi.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes over cleaning task immediately an order comes in from sales department


• Solving disputes and maintaining client relations


• Build trust as a liaison between – and advisor to – the company and the clients, which will help create opportunities for all parties involved.


• Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact.


• Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements for the unit.


• Develops and implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency.


• Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.


• Qualifications Required.


• Diploma in House Keeping or Hospitality.


• Professional experience in housekeeping/ hospitality/ customer care.


• Good communication skills, oral and written


• Good conduct and effective and efficient interpersonal skills


• Highly motivated.
