Duties and Responsibilities
Collection of Service Charge
Management and administration of security services and cleaning services.
Management and administration of garbage collection services.
Management and administration of gardening and landscaping.
Arranging for pest control services as and when required or in accordance with a pre agreed schedule
Maintenance of common areas, structures and grounds.
Maintenance of common area facilities and installations including where applicable;
Perimeter wall.
Roads and parking areas.
Drainage channels.
Electricity standby generator.
Water tanks and pumps.
Electrical and communication installations such as the electric fence and intercom.
General maintenance to any other common area structures, facilities, fittings and equipment.
Arranging for payment of common area utilities.
Arranging for payment of statutory payments such as rates and ground rent.
Advice and placement of the necessary and appropriate insurance covers.
Supervision of staff including Accountant, cleaners and gardeners where applicable.
Handling unit owners’ communications as necessary and with regard to the management of the property.
Ensuring compliance with the deed of covenants and any other title and property terms, rules and regulations.
General administration and advice of the unit title lease terms and regulations, and the property operating rules and procedures.
Preparation of Monthly report in respect of the above functions
A Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Management Finance, or any other relevant Diploma from a recognized Institution
5 Years work experience in property /Facility management.
Good working knowledge of property management.
Have considerable knowledge of safety principles and practices.
Be an effective communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
Have proficiency in MS office suite.
