The company is looking to recruit a young, hardworking and bright Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join its HQ office.

Description: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) in coordination with the in-house Design Team Details.

 

Must:

• Have a relevant diploma or Bachelor in the field from a top notch university (Applicant will no relevant education background will not be considered).


• Have at least 5 years of experience in the industry in a similar position (Applicant will no relevant professional background will not be considered).


• Strong mathematical skills & detailed oriented.


• Self-driven & Ability to multi-task.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Honest, hardworking and dedicated.


• Strong Excel skills and excellent knowledge of construction industry.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Risk Assessment and Value Management.


• Perform project Cost control.


• Prepare Budget & Perform Budget monitoring Raise Interim Valuations & Track payments.


• Select and manage subcontractors.


• Prepare tender documents for sub-contractors.


• Value sub-contractors completed work and arrange payments.


• Report on construction progress and POW. 

The successful candidate will report directly to the company CEO.
