Job Description
Altima Africa seeks to recruit a creative, highly organised and entrepreneurial individual to the position of HR Analyst.
The Position: Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with the Directors, the position holder will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment & HR Consulting divisions.
The Role
Proposal writing & development of appropriate talent acquisition strategies
Preparing client presentations for Recruitment and HR Consulting
Timely and successful execution of assignments
Execute search assignments to ensure thorough sourcing, identification of best-in-class candidates and conduct comprehensive interviews
Writing high quality client reports
Manage candidates’ through-out the entire recruitment process
Updating online recruitment systems
Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time consultants
Compilation of market intelligence reports

Research, Analysis, and Report writing capabilities.
Initiative & proactive with the ability to prioritize, multi task and deliver on multiple projects within tight deadlines.
The Ideal candidate should:
Have at least 3 years work experience specifically within Recruitment and General HR
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification-a must
University Degree in Business or a related field;
Project management skills & proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
