Position: Sales Executive
Location: Nairobi
A manufacturing company seeks to recruit self-driven, target oriented, energetic, ambitious, self-motivated individuals to market, and sell our products.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the clients
- Identify and contact sales prospects
- Reaching out to new customers and making pitches outlining the benefits of product
- Generate sales and ensure sales targets are met
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Understanding customer requirements and customizing products according to their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing customers
- Ensuring proper after sales support to customers
Qualification and Skills
- Should have at least a diploma in sales and marketing or any other relevant course
- 2-5 years experience as a sales executive
- Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements
- Must be proactive, with the tenacity to overcome market challenges
- Must be result oriented and good time manager
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Good analysis of the market
Compensation: Commission-based
