Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Nyeri

Salary: 40k + Commission
Our client is a contracted distributor of a major producer of alcoholic and a few non-alcoholic beverages.
They are based in Nyeri, Nanyuki and its environs, and they are looking for a Sales Supervisor to head the sales and marketing agenda in both regions as well as be in charge of a sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and train the sales team; managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
- Deliver sales, distribution and merchandising goals as needed by the company.
- Direct the selling activities inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritize effectively and in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- Be responsible for the sales department forecasting and sales tracking.
- Following up and ensuring coverage of zones.
- Report to the management on weekly and monthly basis on sales activities.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the team and third parties.
Qualification & Skills
- Must have an undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 3 yrs work experience in a busy field of beverage sales and marketing.
- Must have the geographical knowledge of the region.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills
