We seek to appoint In-Store Crew Members who have the experience in one or more of the following areas: 

1. Chip Frying


2. Broiling / Flame grilling


3. Food preparation, presentation and assembly


4. Operating a coffee or soda fountain service


5. Cashier Duties


6. In – store cleaning and hygiene


7. In – store stock control of inventory

We offer an excellent training program to impart the necessary knowledge and skills for these positions. 

As a minimum you will possess the following:

• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a friendly enthusiastic and outgoing manner


• A passion for customer service (Customer focused, pleasant/ eye contact….pleasant personality)


• Ability keep the smile even under stress


• Ability to be multi – skilled in various in – store activities ( Versatile & Flexible)


• Previous experience an added advantage


• Presentable and fluent English (Good communication skills)


• Positive attitude


• Smart and focused


• Ability to consistently comply to set standards – good memory skills


• Good level of execution


• Self-driven and high energy


• Appreciate and demonstrate a sense of urgency


• Enthusiasm and want to grow in the organisation


• Humility to learn from scratch, and an open mind

Requirements:
 

The ability to work irregular hours and / or shifts

• Clear criminal record


• Clear Credit Record (Will be working with cash/stock or working with finances)


• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
